Duas for Ruqya, Protection and Relief

A carefully selected collection of Qur’anic supplications and established adhkar for protection, hardship, anxiety and reliance upon Allah.

How to Use These Supplications

Recite them with sincerity, understanding and reliance upon Allah. Where a particular time or number is established, it is stated below. These supplications should support prayer, Qur’an recitation and appropriate practical action rather than replace them.

Important: This page provides Islamic spiritual guidance and is not a substitute for medical or mental-health treatment. Persistent or serious symptoms should be assessed by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Supporting Daily Spiritual Protection

Duas and adhkar are most beneficial as part of a consistent Islamic routine rather than being used only when a difficulty arises.

Maintain the Daily Prayers

Keep the five obligatory prayers and make sincere du‘a regularly.

Recite Morning and Evening Adhkar

Build a manageable and consistent routine of remembrance and Qur’an recitation.

Continue Appropriate Healthcare

Spiritual practices and suitable medical or mental-health support may be used alongside one another.
